Marking items importance - essential / recommended status

Marking item importance

For the Library to make the right purchasing decisions, the online system requires you to tag the importance of each item you add to your list with one of the following categories below:

  • Essential (1 copy per 10 students, max 20 copies) - items available online only to be marked as "essential".
  • Recommended (1 copy per 20 students)
  • Suggested student purchase (1 copy)

To set the item's importance, click on "importance not set" and from the drop-down menu select the desired status.
