EndNote Desktop X9 and EndNote Online (Basic)
There are two versions of EndNote, a free, basic version - EndNote Online (Basic), and a paid-for version (available at no cost to University of Sussex students) - EndNote Desktop X9. Which version you use will depend on a number of factors. View the comparison table to see what works best for you. Always check which version you are using when seeking support or training, as both versions have different interfaces and functionalities. EndNote Desktop is installed on all university computers, including those available in the library.
